Who Can Join?

Any man who enjoys singing — or thinks he might enjoy singing — is welcome. You don’t need to read music or have any formal training. Enthusiasm is far more important than experience.

Our choir sings in four voice parts:

• Top Tenor

• Tenor

• Baritone

• Bass

Our Musical Director, Jake, will simply assess your vocal range so you can join the section that suits you best.

What Happens When You Visit?

Your first step is easy — just come along to one of our Wednesday rehearsals at:

Dorridge Methodist Church103 Mill Lane, Bentley Heath,

7:30pm - 9pm

Here’s what to expect:

• A friendly hello from our members

• A chance to listen in or jump straight into the singing

• Time to chat, ask questions, and get a feel for the choir

• No audition, no spotlight — just a relaxed introduction to what we do

Your First Month

We want you to feel completely at home, so your first month is all about settling in. During that time, we’ll share:

• The songs we are working on

• Music and guide tracks to help you learn at your own pace

• A “buddy” in your voice section who’ll support you along the way

After your first month, if you’re enjoying yourself (and we think you will), you can become a full member. Membership is £20 per month, which helps cover the choir’s running costs.
